After working as a nanny for many years, Effie branched into online journalism as a relationships blogger. From there, she started writing about famous relationships for a variety of websites. Over the course of nearly 20 years, she has had bylines at more than a dozen publications covering everything from the royal family to reality television. In 2022, she created her first mobile app called Beacheo.

Education

Effie earned her bachelor's degree in English with a focus in literature and a minor in philosophy. She graduated magna cum laude.
